Monday afternoon dropped the first case at Van's, and by Wed noon the shelf was empty. This is without any advertising or some special promotions. Investing opportunity anybody?

A couple of days before delivering the first order of Kolokol Kvass to Van's Thriftway, I decided to hit the local Farmers' Market. In less than 3 hours sold just under 50 bottles at $3 a bottle.

First day of sales at a local Farmers Market. Yay!!! With the first delivery to a retail store scheduled for this Mon., I thought it'd be a good idea to introduce Kolokol Kvass to locals. It went really well. Very pleased. Though sold around 3 cases in less than 3 hours, the main idea behind the yelling out a sales pitch in Russian, and then repeating it in English was to get some audience with the crowd to introduce this little known old delicious all natural drink from Mother Russia. :) I believe it was time well spent. Thanks, Helena! |
